I loved my experience with Coughlin automotive. The salesman, Kevin Richard, was extremely patient and professional as I dithered back and forth over which car I wanted. I chose the Chevy Impala, only to take it home and decide that it was really just to o big for me. It was a certified used car so I still had three days to change my mind. I took it back and traded it for the Chevy Malibu, which I have absolutely fallen in love with it. Kevin, Bob and the others at Coughlin were awesome. No problems, they honored every commitment they had made, and I really look forward to several years of maintenance visits with my car.

I went to Pataskala thinking its just another car dealership. I was greeted with a mentality that we just needed to tell them what we wanted, and they would find it for us. My wife wanted a silver Equinox. We ended up getting another color to our surprise, and my wife loves it, and the AWD is also a surprise, as we thought the FWD was what we were destined for. It doesnt leave the road. We have put over 100 miles the first day alone. I was also surprised because we have never had the Onstar and found the phone and turn by turn directions by Onstar was better than any navigator. We hope to keep it all, and hope Onstar comes out with more gadgets to add to it. My Equinox looks like a Cadillac, and I feel like it is. My husband and I just purchased a vehicle yesterday from Coughlin, and I had to email you all about the dealership and our salesman. First off Ted our salesman is one of the BEST salesman I have come across in a very long time. He is extremely professional, kind, and courteous. The vehicle we liked was available to us as well as it was a bit less than what we were originally quoted. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone there greeted us and was so quick in letting Ted know we arrived. We did buy the vehicle out right and Brian was just as courteous and kind to us as well during the paperwork session. This is one dealership I will let EVERYONE know to go to. The salesmen always want to jump on you as soon as you step on the lot. They don?t want to email you a quote. They think they have to call and hassle you as if your time is not valuable. And if they do give you a quote, they expect you to haggle with them before they give you their ?real? best offer. One dealership even wanted to make a copy of my husband?s driver?s license before they would give him a quote on his trade-in! It?s amazing what you have to deal with. I purchased a new 2009 Cobalt last Saturday.  I live in Amanda, Ohio, and there are numerous Chevrolet dealerships for me to choose from, but I chose to go with Coughlin - Pataskala because the quote Dale gave me was by far the best.  I wasn't going to haggle with a bunch of dealerships lowering their quotes numerous times to outbid one other.  I wanted their best quote right off the bat, and that's what I got from Dale.  He put the car on hold for me when I told him I would be up on Saturday.  It was sitting there all cleaned up and ready to test drive.  I was allowed to do that without having to make a copy of my driver's license or the salesman riding along.  That impressed me as well.  The entire process was quick and painless.  I would deal with you again in a heartbeat.  On a scale of 1-10, I would definitely rate you a 10.

Matt, I really like how you work your online sales.  You have now sold me two vehicles this way so it really works for me.  People like me really hate to go in a dealership and then spend all day dickering about the price and the trade in then the financing.  I just hate all that.  By under pricing your competition online, making me feel like even if you don't come down any further, I'm still getting a very good deal. That kind of marketing gets me in your door and I know I will get a good deal.  I feel very good about both my experiences shopping online with Coughlin .  If anyone tries to change what you are doing you have the owners read my email.  I'm 47 years old have always absolutely hated buying a car. The whole experience has just always left me feeling sick and like I just got shafted.  But I feel great about how everything went dealing with you and Tom online and coming in to test drive the car/truck and making the purchase. I actually enjoyed it for the first time in my life when I bought the Scion from you. So when I saw the truck I just knew you/Tom would honor your price and treat me right. I can't thank you enough for making car buying so much easier for people like me. You know I don't even really need the truck right now but I thought the deal was so good that I would check it out anyway.  I just wish they would have at least offered me a better trade for my van.  But hey I'll just keep it.  No big deal.
